Horizontal multi-step body  calpeda MXH1602 pump  made of stainless steel, so the Calpeda MXH pump is used to pump liquids with different temperatures that are not aggressive to stainless steel.

The design of the pump is monolithic, the suction pipe is located horizontally above the shaft axis, the discharge pipe is vertical, additional protection against operation without water is provided.

Construction

Monoblock horizontal multistage pumps made of chromium-nickel steel. Compact and robust design, without protruding flanges and with a monolithic connection between pump and motor with support feet.

The pump body is monolithic, open on one side only (drum type), the front suction flare is located above the pump shaft and the radial supply flare is at the top. Fill and drain plugs in the middle line, accessible from either side (as clamp box).

Pumping clean liquids that are non-abrasive and non-corrosive to stainless steel (special seal materials available on request).

Operational limits

These pumps have the following limits:

• Liquid temperature from -15°C to +110°C.
• Ambient temperature not more than 40°C.
• Maximum allowable final pump housing pressure: 8 bar.
