NM flange connection

Calpeda NM centrifugal pumps are used to increase pressure in the network of cold and hot water supply for domestic and industrial purposes. The design of Calpeda NM pumps is cantilever-monoblock with a horizontal suction pipe, a horizontal shaft and a vertical pressure pipe. Calpeda NM pumps are single-stage, console-monoblock. In a special version, Calpeda NM pumps can be used for pumping liquids with abrasive impurities, sea water, as well as aggressive liquids: petroleum products, diesel fuels, acetone and alkali.
Design:
Monoblock centrifugal pumps with direct connection between the engine and the pump and a common shaft.
Pump body with axial suction port and upper radial delivery socket; main dimensions and technical data according to EN 733.
Application:
Pumping of clean liquids that are not aggressive to materials and do not contain abrasive impurities from which the pump is made (solids content max. 0.2%).
Use in household and industrial areas.
Water supply.
Use in fire fighting installations.
Use in heating, air conditioning, cooling and circulation installations.
Irrigation.
Operating limits:
- Maximum allowable final pressure in the pump casing: 10 bar.
- Continuous operation.
- Fluid temperature from -10°C to +90°C.
- Ambient temperature not more than 40°C.
- Nanometric suction height no more than 7 m.
