Graphite bushings (plain bearings made of graphite) for dishwasher pumps, heating pumps and circulation pumps, heat pumps. Our graphite bushings have a better performance compared with homemade bushings made of plastic, polyamyl, metals and other materials not similar to graphite, all these materials tend to heat up, expand and rust, which leads to the failure of not only the pump itself, but also the failure of expensive equipment. Sleeve  bearings  for  the Askoll M233 pump , which are made of materials other than graphite  , are not desirable  to be installed in heat and circulation pumps that are used in the food industry. Do not forget that other material expands when heated, which leads to failure of the pump as a whole. All dimensions must be identical in our dishwasher sleeve size chart above.

Graphite bushings 14x8.6x5  for the Bleckmann pump dishwasher pump repair kit are made of siliconized graphite and have an optimal density for pump operation, this material will enable the pump to work for long-term use and high-quality operation of the dishwasher pump.

These bushings are made of graphite, which performs well in aquatic environments containing chemical additives. Bushings for dishwashers do not require maintenance and the use of lubricants. Graphite plain bearings withstand high temperature operating conditions. Graphite bushings are not affected by aggressive media found in dish washing powders.
