Calpeda SCM30/1250/A pump design. 
Vertical column-type electric pumps with an external motor and casing immersed in the pumped liquid (suction pipe and foot valve are not needed).
Impeller - VAL: upset (vortex type), SC: open.
Flare - VAL30, SC30, SC50: threaded according to ISO 228, VAL65: flanged with threaded, oval, flat counterflange UNI 2245, PN 2.5.

Using VAL, SC pumps. 
For slightly contaminated liquids, for liquids that do not contain abrasive particles and are not aggressive to pump construction materials.
For draining water from bathtubs or draining ditches with domestic and industrial waste.

Operating limits for VAL, SC pumps. 
Liquid temperature is no more than 40°C.
The ambient air temperature is not more than 40°C.
Continuous operation mode.
Maximum solids diameter: VAL 30 = 25mm, VAL 65 = 50mm, SC 30 = 3mm, SC 50 = 6mm.

Electric motor for pumps VAL, SC. 
Asynchronous 2-pole motor, 50 Hz (rpm n = 2900 rpm)
VAL -SC: three-phase - 230/400 V (±10%), VALM-SCM: single-phase 230 V (±10%), with thermal protector.
Isolate class "F".
IP 54 Protective Device.
Design according to IEC 60034.

Special executions on request for VAL, SC pumps. 
For other voltages.
To work at 60Hz.
With IP 55 guard.
Bronze shaft guide sleeve (for liquids up to 100°C).
For liquid or higher temperature service.
